Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a durable mailer.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
